My name is Maria Garcia, and I have always been deeply passionate about human beings and their well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Aesthetics from UNED University in Spain. My professional journey began as an esthetician before leading me to teach this profession within private vocational training.

Today, I work as a holistic  and massage therapist in Geneva, specialized in therapeutic massage for the body and face, with a particular focus on back massage and energy healing.

A holistic approach to the body and mind

With over 25 years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the connections between the psyche, the body, and energy. Body pain such as back pain, as well as discomfort felt elsewhere in the body, often reflects an internal imbalance.

My work involves listening to these signals, understanding their meaning, and working with each patient toward lasting well-being through a personalized holistic approach, grounded in conscious and attentive therapeutic work.

I am deeply convinced that every human being has a natural capacity to regain their balance when the body and mind are listened to attentively and supported in the right way. This vision guides my holistic approach and the creation of the Tempo’s Lift method, whose intention is above all to support overall well-being, while respecting each person’s history and individual rhythm.

An international journey rooted in Geneva

After more than 25 years of passionate practice in renowned medical-aesthetic and thalassotherapy centers in Spain and England, I chose to settle in Geneva, not far from my hometown of Nantua.

There, I created an intimate space, timeless place dedicated to holistic therapy nestled within the Swiss Luxury Apartments, in the heart of Geneva.

I also collaborate with prestigious institutions such as the Four Seasons Spa, Hôpital de la Tour, and Dr. Quinod’s medical practice, while offering exclusive in-home treatments.These collaborations allow me to provide excellent care that is personalized and tailored to the specific needs of each patient, in alignment with my vision of care, therapeutic massage, and overall well-being.
